Hosted by the European Fire Sprinkler Network, Fire Sprinkler International 2027 is the premier event in the sprinkler calendar and the largest conference in Europe dedicated to sprinkler and water mist technology. 600 delegates from around the world
came to Paris this year and we are expecting a strong attendance next year in Madrid. As always there will be a supporting exhibition, and a social event on 21st April.
We are now calling for abstracts for papers to be presented at the conference. Abstracts should be submitted to brinson@eurosprinkler.org by 11 December 2026. They should include the title of the paper, a paragraph or two to explain what will be covered, the name(s) of those who will present it, their company or organisation name
and their contact details.
The conference programme will explore the following themes:
- New sprinkler/water mist/foam system technology
- Developments in sprinkler/water mist/foam standards
- Solutions for new fire protection challenges
- Environmental and sustainability considerations
- Fire engineered solutions with sprinklers
- End user input
- Research into the need for and benefits of sprinklers
- New regulatory requirements or incentives to fit sprinklers
- Remote services for sprinkler system
We will also accept commercial introductions of a new product, with more information on the stand. These presentations may be shorter.
Speakers receive complimentary conference registration. We are not generally able to reimburse travel and accommodation costs for speakers.
Notifications of acceptance will be sent by 15 January 2026. Papers and presentations must be submitted by 12 March 2026.
